Registration & Payment

• Camp enrollment is limited to 15 athletes.

• Online payment is due within 48 hours of receiving confirmation email/text.Payment for a waitlisted athlete is required by the start of the first day of camp (Monday, June 22).

  • Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay.

• A completed registration form are required prior to participation.

Refund & Credit Policy

• Full refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment.

• After 7 days, refunds will be issued as 2Paths training credits only.

• Credits are valid for one year from the date issued.

  • Full camp cancellation = 6 training credits.

  • Single day cancellation = 1 training credit.

• Cancellations must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to the next camp day.

• Less than 12 hours notice will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Weather Policy

• Camp days may be cancelled due to inclement weather.

• In case of inclement weather, and sessions cannot be rescheduled, cancelled days will be credited accordingly.

• Decisions regarding cancellations will be communicated via the contact information provided during registration.

Attendance & Drop-Off / Pick-Up

• Guardians are responsible for drop-off between 8:30–9:00am and pick-up at 1:00pm.

• 2Paths is not responsible for athletes outside of designated camp hours.

Medical & Injury

• Coaches are certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED.

• Guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations during registration.

• In the event of injury, appropriate first aid will be administered and guardians will be contacted immediately.

• Guardians authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.

Conduct & Expectations

• Athletes are expected to demonstrate respect toward coaches, staff, and other participants.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from camp without refund or credit.

 

Media Release

• Guardians consent to photo and video content of their athlete for 2Paths marketing and promotional purpose, unless opted out on the registration form.

• Media will be shared via email and on the 2Paths website within one week of camp ending.

• Media may be used by athlete and family for personal and promotional use.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By registering, guardians acknowledge and assume these risks and release 2Paths, its coaches, and affiliated staff from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
