By selecting “I give permission” on the 2026 Summer Camp registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Permission to Capture Media

I grant 2Paths Training permission to photograph and video record (including audio) my athlete during 2026 Summer Camp activities.

 

Media will be captured primarily to document the camp experience and may be used to promote the success of the 2026 Summer Camp.

Promotional & Marketing Use

I understand that photographs and video recordings may be used by 2Paths Training for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Website content

• Social media platforms

• Email newsletters

• Print materials

Media use will primarily highlight the camp experience and athlete development. Images are not intended for large-scale advertising campaigns but may be used to showcase program activities and outcomes.

No Compensation

I understand that no financial compensation will be provided for the use of photographs or video recordings.

​

Families and athletes may use media shared with them for personal, non-commercial purposes without requiring approval from 2Paths Training.

Opt-Out Policy

If the media consent checkbox is not selected on the registration form:

• 2Paths Training will not photograph or record your child.

• Your child will be identified to the photographer prior to camp to ensure compliance.

• Media will not be shared with your family from camp activities.​​​​​
